We're hiring a Superannuation Administrator to join our Gold Coast team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extending into a permanent role! You'll gain valuable industry experience, collaborate with a supportive team, and play an significant role in delivering exceptional service to our members.

What you'll be doing

Keeping member account information accurate and up to date
n
Helping process benefit payments and pension payroll
n
Responding to member enquiries with care and professionalism
n
Supporting daily banking and contribution allocations
n
Assisting with onboarding new members and updating insurance details
n
Learning about compliance and risk in a supportive team environment
n
n
