About the Company

Our client is delivering a large-scale, high-rise residential development in Broadbeach. You'll be joining a strong and experienced team of construction professionals, with the opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of the project as it progresses.

The Position
n
Working closely with the Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineers and Supervisors, you will assist in the day-to-day management of site activities.
n
n
Coordinating quality assurance checks, ensuring work is delivered to project quality standards.
n
Onboarding of sub-contractors including the review of QA and WHS documentation.
n
Working with sub-contractors to resolve any WHS, quality or constructability issues.
n
Liaising with consultants and management team to resolve any design issues.
n
Working with contracts team to ensure suppliers and sub-contractors are meeting contractual obligations.
n
Scheduling of work and procurement of materials in line with project programme.




n
Cost reporting to senior engineers and management team, reporting any risks to project budget.
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience on Highrise residential build (Essential).
n
Degree qualification in Construction Management.
n
2-5 years post graduate experience in similar building environment.
n
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
n
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels of a project.
n
Ability to prioritise and multi-task, ensuring you ask for support where required.
n
