THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
n
Innovative, motivated and team-oriented problem solver
n
Advanced skills in AV diagnosis, fault-finding and repair
n
Experience with robotic camera systems
n
Advanced PC and MAC knowledge, in particular dealing with HDCP limitations
n
Advanced use of streaming services such as Zoom, Teams, etc.
n
Advanced Android and iOS knowledge
n
Broadcasting experience an advantage
n
Experience with operation of AMX control systems
n
Experience with various AV distribution methodologies including HD-BaseT, NDI, SDI, HDMI and the conversion between them and the blending and syncing of ****i & ****p streams
n
Experience with Blackmagic Designs range of products including Cameras, ATEM Switching & Video Hub Distribution
n
Experience with Yamaha commercial audio products including DANTE routing and distribution
n
Experience with Panasonic professional camera and vision switching equipment
n
Advanced experience with vMix broadcast software
n
Familiarity with Online CDN systems in particular AWS IVS
n
THE ROLE:
n
The position is full-time, 5 days a week (Tuesday to Saturday as standard, some Sundays required – time in lieu applicable), and is responsible for:
n
Setup and operation of AV equipment for daily training courses
n
Setup and operation of conventional and PTZ camera systems to facilitate demonstration of clinical procedures
n
IT assistance to courses (PC & MAC)
n
Upkeep and preventative maintenance of AV equipment to ensure flawless operation
n
Setup and operation of robotic camera system for live patient procedure demonstrations
n
Assistance with setup and operation of technical clinical equipment such as microscopes and 3D scanners
n
Single handed live PTZ operation, vision switching and audio
n
Recording of multi-cam footage and audio for later editing as required
n
Setup of live streaming services to facilitate the participation of remote presenters or participants (including pre- and post- production liaison as required with stakeholders and presenters)
n
Video editing of studio recordings and multi-cam clinical procedures
n
Recording of audio in studio and in field
n
Setup and design of lighting in studio and in field
n
Setup and operation of portable camera rig
n
Setup and operation of DJI Ronin Gimbal rig
n
Archiving of raw and edited material to business systems
n
Setup, customisation and operation of remote presenter kit
n
