Cement Plant All-rounder/Yardperson Opportunities

We are seeking to add additional team members at our Pinkenba site to assist in the operation of our cement plant. This is a physical role where you will be multiskilled across a wide range of tasks ensuring our site runs efficiently and safely.

About the Roles on offer:
n
$***** per hour
n
Work Monday to Friday, some Saturdays with early starts (some OT)
n
Maintain the property grounds – including the use of hand tools (jackhammer) and gardening equipment as well as machinery upkeep
n
Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries in and out of site
n
Decanting and Packaging of bulk bags (20kg to 1T) of cement product
n
Quality assurance through sampling and data collection of cement product
n
About you
n
Forklift ticket (desirable)
n
Able to work unsupervised and with initiative, taking pride in your work
n




Comply with our clean-shaven face policy so as to meet the safety requirement for a respirator fit test
n
Ability to work in a physically demanding role with a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
n
Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks
