The Senior Product Manager, Insurance is responsible for developing the insurance product offer and has responsibility for insurance product strategy and management including disclosure, product regulatory compliance & product operational support.
n
How do you exceed our expectations?
n
n
Extensive knowledge and evidence of application of contemporary insurance product development practices and strategies such as human centred design or design led methods.
n
In depth knowledge of the superannuation and wealth management industries, in particular superannuation, insurance, and retirement products, legislation, and administration.
n
7+ years product management experience leading the research, development and implementation of insurance products and services within superannuation or financial services industry.
n
Strong capability in reviewing insurance policy terms including interpreting in the context of the underwriting and claims process.
n
Strong experience in delivery and execution - ability to "roll sleeves up", take ownership and get things done.
n
