MatchWorks is looking for a Post Placement Support Consultant who partners closely with participants, employers and internal teams to proactively address barriers, strengthen workplace success, and drive sustainable, long-term employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.

What you'll do
n
As a Post Placement Support Consultant in our team you'll:
n
n
Be on the ground, providing hands‐on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
n
Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
n
Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.
n
n
What you'll bring

A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
n
An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
n
Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)

Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
