Due to continued growth, they're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Brisbane team.

Responsibilities:

End-to-end ownership from pre-construction through to practical completion
n
Lead and coordinate site, contracts and project teams
n
Manage budgets, programmes, procurement and project delivery
n
Manage variations, EOTs, claims and commercial outcomes
n
Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
n
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification
n

About you
n
n
Demonstrated ability in PM or Senior PM capacity managing the delivery of industrial and/or mixed-use construction projects (20mil+).
n
Robust understanding of commercial contract governance and relevant risk mitigation strategies.
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction or related disciplines.
