Job Description
Redcliffe Area Youth Space (RAYS) is seeking an Asha Practitioner to support young people aged ***** facing significant challenges within a community-based model. You will join a values-aligned team delivering relational, trauma- and poverty-informed care.

The role blends advanced practice with mentoring and service innovation, working in a two-worker model and meeting youth where they are across homes, schools, and community spaces. Some after-hours work is required.
