Are you a natural multitasker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for transport logistics? Due to continued business growth, MEDLOG Australia is looking for a Transport booking Schedule/ Allocator to join our Brisbane team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys solving problems on the fly.

What you'll be doing:

Allocating and scheduling our container transport fleet using VBS and Containerchain
n
Coordinating daily FCL deliveries and MT collections
n
Communicating with drivers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
n
Supporting fleet maintenance planning
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
3+ years' experience in container fleet allocation
n
Strong understanding of fatigue management & Chain of Responsibility
n
Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
n
Solid knowledge of road regulations and equipment types
n
