Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
n

Preparation of monthly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
n
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes with variance analysis
n




Preparing monthly management reports and financial analysis
n
Partnering with operational teams on revenue and cost performance
n
Managing month-end processes including journals and GL reconciliations
n
Supporting audit requirements and ensuring compliance with financial policies
n
Analysing financial results and identifying key performance trends
n
Assisting with improvements to reporting processes and financial controls
n

Requirements
n
To be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years of accounting experience, either as a Management or Financial Accountant within a commercial business or from a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm looking to move into industry. You will have experience with cloud-based software, advanced Excel skills, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and great attention to detail.
