This is a outstanding opportunity for a motivated Construction Cadet to join a growing remedial builder in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction student or recent graduate looking to gain broad commercial exposure and develop into a Project Manager over the course of their career.

Year 1 - Estimating
n
n
Work closely with the estimating team across live tenders and pricing.
n
Assist with take-offs, scope reviews, subcontractor packages and tender submissions.
n
Develop an understanding of project costs, procurement and how projects are won.
n
n
Project Delivery - Junior CA
n
n
Transition into the project team and work closely with a Project Manager.
n
Gain hands-on experience across contracts administration and project delivery.
n
Assist with variations, progress claims, procurement, subcontractor management and project documentation.
n
Develop an understanding of how a project is managed from award through to completion.
n
n
About You
n
n
Construction Management,



Building or Quantity Surveying degree/diploma, or currently studying.
n
Ideally some previous construction experience through internships, cadetships or site work.
n
Strong interest in developing a long-term career in construction.
n
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
n
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
n
Ambitious and motivated to progress into a Project Management position.
n
