Job Description
Programmed is seeking an experiencedMaintenance Electricianto join a well-established manufacturing site in Western Sydney.
n
This is astable Monday to Friday full-time role, ideal for someone who valueswork-life balance and family timewhile still working in a hands-on, technical industrial environment.
n
You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, supporting production uptime, and ensuring plant and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Perform breakdown, preventative, and routine maintenance on site equipment
n
Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore equipment safely and efficiently
n
Support installation, repair, and commissioning of machinery and systems
n
Work with PLC systems and industrial automation (Siemens preferred)
n
Ensure all work is completed in line with WHS and safety standards
n
Assist with contractor coordination when required
n
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
n
About You
n
Unrestricted Electrical Licence (NSW or equivalent)
n
5+ years' experience in industrial or maintenance electrical work
n
Robust fault-finding and problem-solving ability
n
Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
n
Experience with PLCs / automation systems (advantage)
n
Strong commitment to safety and reliability
n
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments (preferred)
n
