Nursery Warehouse – Ourimbah, NSW

Nursery Warehouse is an online nursery based in Ourimbah and is looking for a friendly, confident and reliable Receptionist to join our team.
n
This is a full time Monday to Friday position suited to someone who enjoys dealing with people, can think on their feet and is comfortable working independently while also being part of a small team.
n
About the Role
n
As our Receptionist, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers and will help keep the day to day operations of the business running smoothly.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
n
Greeting customers and assisting them when they arrive to pick up their online orders
n
Responding to general enquiries and directing customers to the right person
n
Light administrative duties and general office support
n
Using Shopify to look up orders, customer details and product information
n
Assisting the team with day to day tasks as required
n
Helping resolve customer enquiries and problems
n
Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
n
Assisting truck drivers load and unload trucks of plants. Light lifting required
n

About You
n

Has excellent communication and customer service skills

Can work independently without needing constant direction

Works well as part of a team
n
Is organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
n
Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
n
Has a positive and helpful attitude
n
Has some basic knowledge of plants, although this is helpful rather than essential
n
n
You will be required to use Shopify as part of your day to day role. Previous Shopify experience would be an advantage, however training can be provided.
n
Previous reception, administration or customer service experience would be highly regarded, however the right attitude, confidence and willingness to learn are just as important.

Monday to Friday
n 8:00am – 4:00pm
n Ourimbah, Central Coast NSW
n
This is a full time position, paid in accordance with the Clerks – Private Sector Award **** (MA******).
n
