Job Description
Swoop Telecommunications is seeking a Senior Credit Collections Officer to join our North Sydney team, with flexibility to Brisbane as well. You will protect revenue, manage complex collections and negotiate settlements to drive commercial outcomes.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Revenue & Collections and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business, delivering results in a fast-paced telecommunications workplace.
