Are you a practical, hands-on person who understands the mining & quarrying industry?

We are a well-established OEM for the mining, quarrying and extractive industries across Australia. Due to continued growth in New South Wales, we are seeking a motivated Sales Representative based in the Hunter Valley region to support and expand our customer base.
n
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a mechanical trade, maintenance, mining, quarrying, engineering, industrial supply, or related field and is looking to move into a customer-focused position.
n
About the Role
n
You will work closely with mine sites, quarries, contractors and industrial operations throughout the Hunter Valley and broader NSW region, helping customers find practical solutions to their equipment and operational needs.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
Visiting existing and prospective customers throughout the region
n
Building robust relationships with site personnel, maintenance teams and purchasing departments
n
Identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve customer service
n
Providing product recommendations and technical support
n




Preparing quotations and following up customer enquiries
n
Representing the company professionally within the mining and industrial sectors
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
You don't need to be a career salesperson.
n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Has a mechanical, trade, mining or industrial background
n
Is confident speaking with customers and building relationships
n
Enjoys being on the road and working independently
n
Possesses good communication and organisational skills
n
Holds a current driver's licence
n
Lives in the Hunter Valley region or surrounding areas
n
n
Candidates with experience as a fitter, boilermaker, diesel mechanic, maintenance technician, workshop supervisor, quarry operator, mining operator or industrial sales support person are encouraged to apply.
