Job Description
Healthcare & Medical Equipment Location: Sydney, NSW | Full-time We are seeking a hands-on and organised Logistics Coordinatorto join an established business within the healthcare and medical technology sector.

This is a varied 50% office / 50% warehouse role, covering inventory control, order management, freight coordination, customer support and the preparation and movement of equipment for customers, sales teams and industry events.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage day-to-day inventory, including receiving, dispatch, stock transfers and stocktakes.
n
Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
n
Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to picking, packing, dispatch and delivery.
n
Record serial numbers and maintain accurate shipment and delivery documentation.
n
Coordinate domestic and international freight with couriers and freight providers.
n
Prepare, move and organise equipment for customer demonstrations, conferences and events.
n
Coordinate equipment movements for repairs, servicing and returns.
n
Work closely with sales, service, finance and customer teams to ensure orders and equipment are available when required.
n
Process purchase orders, invoices and freight documentation.
n




Respond to customer and internal enquiries via phone and email.
n
Assist with reporting and month-end processes.
n

About You We are looking for someone with:
n
n
2+ years' experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or operations coordination.
n
Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse processes.
n
Experience using ERP, WMS or inventory management systems.
n
Good Excel and general computer skills.
n
Experience coordinating freight, deliveries or logistics.
n
Robust administration, organisation and attention to detail.
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
n
A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to work physically within a warehouse environment.
n
Ability to lift and move equipment up to approximately 25kg.
n
Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
n
n
Healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, technical equipment or similar industry experience would be highly regarded.
n
