Job Description
IFYS is seeking a skilled Case Manager to lead a residential program in Ipswich and supervise a team of Residential Youth Workers. You will ensure high standards of care in a secure living environment for children and young people, applying trauma-informed approaches and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The role is permanent and full-time with a Monday–Friday roster. It offers a competitive base salary of AU$110,350 per year plus superannuation, five weeks annual leave, and
