The Role
n
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Capital Equipment-Logistics Coordinator to join our Care & Connectivity Solutions business at Baxter. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing the allocation, delivery, installation, and return of critical capital equipment, including hospital beds and surgical tables.
n
Working closely with Service Technicians, Supply Planning, Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, and Sales teams, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of customer orders while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional with experience in logistics, supply chain, order fulfilment, or equipment coordination.
n
You excel at managing multiple priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers. With strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office,



you are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
n
n
Responsible for managing the allocation, distribution, and retrieval of capital equipment
n
Manage the logistics of capital products orders, collaborating closely with our service technicians, supply planning team, third-party warehouse, and freight providers
n
Work closely with key internal collaborators, including sales team members, by providing proactive information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer happiness
n
Stock allocation in collaboration with planning & fulfillment
n
Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to optimize order fulfillment processes and efficiencies
n
Proactively find opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to improve overall customer experience
n
Manage large installations/projects when required
n
Contribute to process improvements, streamlining, and implementation of new or improved processes
n
Analyze data to identify trends and devise solutions for customer experience challenges.

Key Requirements
n
n
Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
n
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
n
Excellent communication and collaborator management skills
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
n
Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes
n
Experience with data analysis and process improvement
n
Competence in using logistics management software and tools.
