As demand continues to grow, our client is looking to appoint an Estimator to support its expanding Terraces and Special Projects division.

This is a unique opportunity to work on medium-density residential developments and developer projects, providing exposure well beyond traditional production estimating. You'll work closely with developers and internal stakeholders, assisting from pricing through to project delivery.

Responsibilities

Prepare production estimates for terrace and special projects.
n
Convert production estimates into sales pricing for developer submissions.
n
Liaise with developers throughout the estimating process, responding to pricing queries and project requirements.
n
Work closely with the design, drafting and construction teams to deliver accurate estimates.
n
Prepare pricing for design and construct opportunities.
n




Manage multiple terrace developments and project releases concurrently.
n
Identify cost risks and pricing opportunities during the estimating process.
n
Maintain accurate project documentation and estimating records.
n

About You
n
You'll have previous residential estimating experience and be confident managing multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Experience with terraces, medium-density or developer projects will be highly regarded, however experienced residential estimators looking to broaden their career are encouraged to apply.
