Join our team as ahigh-performing Coordinatorand take the lead at an established and flourishingAfter School Care servicelocated on the grounds ofHoly Innocents' Catholic Primary School, Croydon. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and supportive community.

This is aPermanent, Part-Time position, After school care only, Term Time only. 5 hours per day Monday to Friday.

About the Role
n
We are seeking anenthusiastic and dedicated professionalwith a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.
n
Your Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Create a safe, inclusive space – Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected
n
Stay organised and vigilant – Manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety
n
Empower your team – Supervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice
n
Inspire young minds – Design and deliver engaging, educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection
n
Live the values – Support and promote the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church, embedding them in your day-to-day leadership
n
Build strong community ties – Nurture positive relationships with families, the school, and key community stakeholders
n

About You:
n
To excel in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
Proven experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
n
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
n
Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
n
Certification in Child Protection Training.
n
Current First Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
n
A valid NSW Working With Children Check.
n
n
