Job Description
You will work in the factory alongside another tradesman and apprentices, with occasional site visits required. This is a hands‐on role that includes supervising staff within the factory, training and guiding apprentices, and managing timeframes and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Work in the factory on custom‐made deluxe kitchens and high‐end joinery
n
Supervise staff within the factory
n
Train and guide apprentices
n
Manage timeframes and efficiency
n
Coordinate work across all stages of the job, from factory to installation
n
Read and interpret workshop plans
n
Manage workflow and quality kitchen manufacturing
n
Keep the factory organised and tidy
n
About you
n
High level of skill in cabinet joinery, with an eye for detail and versatility
n
Able to work well in a team workplace




n
Quality kitchen manufacturing experience, with the ability to manage workflow
n
Able to lead and communicate well with apprentices and staff — good communication is a must
n
Manual driver's licence is a must
n
Some installation experience is a bonus, to help coordinate with other staff
n
Own hand tools are a bonus
