An opportunity has become available for a Rostering and Compliance Officer (General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Cardiothoracic and Vascular) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our ******-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will
n
n
Develop, implement and maintain all aspects of rostering and leave
n
Ability to problem solve, analyse and research matters relating to payroll and leave management
n
Identify risks, record information and be involved in the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of compliance strategies
n
Implement and maintain best practice auditing and compliance activities relating to rostering and leave practices
n
n
About you
n
To be successful in this position you will require:
n
n
While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded
n
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
n
Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
n
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
n
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)
n
