About The Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Raisebore Electrician to join our team. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance, and scheduled electrical servicing across a large fleet of Raisebore Drills and associated equipment.
n
This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting safe and efficient drilling operations.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Perform breakdown repairs, fault-finding, and electrical maintenance on Raisebore drills and associated equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
n
Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, testing, and pre-start checks to maintain compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
n
Complete all electrical work in accordance with relevant technical procedures, industry standards, and company policies.
n
Attend and actively contribute to pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and complete JSAs and Safe Stops as required.
n
Prepare accurate maintenance and shift reports,



while ensuring compliance with client and company site procedures and operational requirements.

Qualifications
n
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Demonstrate
n
n
Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and fault finding within underground mining, drilling, or heavy industrial environments.
n
A current WA Electrical Licence and current CPR/EAR and Switchboard Rescue certifications.
n
Robust knowledge of PLC systems, Allen Bradley drives, and the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
n
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to respond effectively to breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime.
n
A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and compliance, supported by a valid manual driver's licence and a proactive work ethic.
