We are seeking a Dean of Curriculum to commence in our community. This is a permanent full time role, commencing Term 4, ****.

Job Description
n
The Dean of Curriculum provides strategic and operational leadership of curriculum across the School, ensuring the development, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of a Biblically based, values infused, and academically rigorous curriculum. Working closely with the Principal, Assistant Principal, Heads of School, and the Group Director of Curriculum, this successful candidate will ensure curriculum documentation, assessment, reporting, and teaching practices are aligned with NESA requirements, Pacific Group curriculum processes and Pacific Coast Christian School's Vision and Mission.

The role leaders curriculum planning, and compliance processes, supports staff in effective curriculum delivery, promotes the integration of Christian perspectives across all learning areas, and uses data-informed practices to improve student learning outcomes.

Curriculum Leadership and Collaboration with the Pacific Group

Curriculum Development, Plannings, and Implementation

Leadership and Support of Teaching Staff in curriculum matters
n
School Registration, Accreditation, and Curriculum Compliance
n
Data Analysis of HSC and NAPLAN
n
Curriculum Monitoring, Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
n
Professional Learning and Staff Development in alignment with Curriculum
n

Desired Skills and Experience
n
The successful candidate will have:

Undergraduate Degree in Education
n
Five years' experience in curriculum leadership
n
Highly developedorganisational skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
n
