Responsibilities:
n
n
Provide administrative and project support to the Water Servicing Team, including document management, data entry, filing, and preparation of project documentation.
n
Conduct research, analyse information, and prepare data to support planning activities and informed decision-making.
n
Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, agendas, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation.
n
Support project quality assurance by maintaining records and ensuring quality control processes are implemented and documented.
n
Coordinate and assist with scheduling field crew activities and maintenance works.
n
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring timely team communication.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements, system updates, and implementation of team standards and best practices.
n
Support team success by assisting with problem-solving, learning water servicing drafting principles, and promoting compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Selection Criteria:
n
n
Currently undertaking or completed a Certificate or Diploma in WaterIndustryOperations or a related field
n
Good communicationskills and ability to build collaborative relationships
n
Strong prioritisation and coordination skills
n
Ability to work well both autonomously and within teams
n
Willingness to learn
n
Knowledge of water servicing terminology and processes
n
Time management skills and ability to focus, achieve outcomes, and meet deadlines
n
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
