Phoenix Source & Select is a national recruitment agency specialising in Temporary Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Head Office in Jamisontown and play a key role in the next phase of Phoenix.
n
This isn't an account management role.
n
We're looking for a genuine current-business hunter who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers and converting conversations into long-term partnerships.
n
The Role
n
Working closely with our Managing Director and leadership team, you'll take ownership of recent business development across our temporary and permanent recruitment divisions.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
n
Building and managing a solid sales pipeline
n
Prospecting and engaging key decision-makers
n
Conducting client meetings, presentations and discovery conversations
n
Developing tailored workforce and recruitment solutions
n
Preparing proposals and negotiating commercial terms
n
Converting opportunities into sustainable client partnerships
n




Working closely with our recruitment team to ensure strong delivery
n
Growing relationships beyond the initial sale
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who brings commercial confidence, energy and genuine relationship-building ability.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Proven B2B business development experience
n
Recruitment, labour hire or workforce solutions experience highly regarded
n
A track record of generating and winning new business
n
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders
n
Strong negotiation and commercial skills
n
A proactive, resilient and accountable approach
n
The ability to create opportunity rather than wait for it
n
