In the role of Agribusiness Manager 1, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness Team in Moree that's doubling down on customer obsession and owning it.
n
In this Agribusiness Banking Manager 1 role, you will:
n
n
Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
n
Coach and support the team to ensure productive high quality customer service
n
Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
n
Implement initiatives to develop customer growth in the local market
n
Implement complex strategies, analysing annual Cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth.
n
Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key agribusiness broker partners
n
Implement strategic business plans and drive competitive sales and income campaigns
n
Assess economic value and risk potential of new business opportunities
n




Personally sanction lending within authority and prepare business lending proposals for larger transactions
n
n
What you will bring:

An established network within the broker industry.

Robust negotiating skills.

Drive and tenacity.

Experience in all aspects for financial analysis
n
Passion for relationship management.
n
Demonstrated experience working in a similar Agribusiness Banker role preferred.
n
Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness banking and/or credit assessment.
n
