About the Role
n
Reporting directly to the business owner and working closely day to day, you will be responsible for:
n
Delivering outstanding customer service while completing fault-finding and diagnostics across a wide range of air conditioning systems
n
Performing high-quality installations and retrofit work
n
Ensuring accurate job costing and completing all work within scope
n
Identifying root causes efficiently and carrying out effective repairs and maintenance to minimise downtime and improve performance
n
Preparing clear job notes,



reports and technical recommendations
n
Maintaining accurate refrigerant usage records, leak testing documentation and compliance paperwork
n
Staying current with building codes, standards and safety regulations
n
This role services the area from south of the Brisbane River through to the northern Gold Coast, including east-west coverage.
n
Please note: Some early starts (6:30am) are required for roof-cavity work during warmer conditions.
