Noble Drilling is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to ensure offshore units are staffed with qualified personnel and to maintain accurate shift plans and HR data. You will support crew mobilizations, demobilizations, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards at the rig location.

You will be the primary contact for offshore employees, manage payroll data and absence records, and coordinate with HR Advisory and training teams to align on bookings and transitions.
