Quest Southport is Gold Coast's newest hotel, having opened in June ****. A stunning 90-room up-to-date apartment hotel offering guests the comfort of home with the convenience of apartment living and hotel-style services.

We are growing our team and looking for guest-focused Housekeeping superstars to join our brand-new team on a casual basis to help us bring this brand new hotel to market and deliver exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, changing linen, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
n
Ensure all rooms are well-stocked with supplies such as towels, soap,



shampoo, and toilet paper.
n
Check and report any maintenance issues or damages in rooms to the housekeeping supervisor.
n
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring they meet hygiene standards.
n
Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services, providing excellent customer service.
n
Ensure all public areas, including hallways and stairwells, are clean and well-maintained.
n
Follow safety protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
n
Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude toward guests and colleagues
n
Assist with other housekeeping-related duties or special requests as needed.
n

What are we looking for?

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
n
Highly organised and efficient, you take pride in your work and have good attention to detail.
n
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
n
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
n
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
