You will be working alongside a Project Manager and Site Manager in a Project Engineer role based on site, working directly with site supervisor and leading hands and reporting to the Project Manager daily.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Review scope of works, construction drawing specific to site, various site functions such as pre and post reports, toolbox meetings daily
n
Liaise with sub-contractors and clients daily
n
Carry out site inspections and attend sub-contractor meetings
n
Distribute information to site from head office, e.g. updated plans
n
Ensure WH&S; and environmental requirements are met
n
Implement extensive site QA and ITP requirements
n
Manage defects on various builders platforms
n
n
About you
n
n
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Building & Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent




n
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
n
White Card
n
Driver's Licence and own car or utility.
n
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Dashpivot
n
Basic understanding of Work Health and Safety Regulations in the construction industry
n
Ability to interpret scope of works and specifications
n
Ability to read and interpret tender drawings with an eye for detail
n
Ability to capture historical information and report on findings
n
