Redpath Partners is currently partnering with a leading T2 head contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator to join their commercial team and assist with the delivery of iconic, technically complex data centre projects.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong project pipeline of work and assist with the delivery of a landmark project.

The Opportunity
n
In this role you will work closely with the Project Manager and broader commercial team (Senior CA), taking responsibility for the commercial and contractual aspects of your project.
n
You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, managing key subcontractor relationships and supporting the delivery of a technically complex, high-value project.
n
About You
n
Ideally looking for someone with direct data centre experience, however, candidates who have worked on similarly technical and complex projects will also be considered.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n




4+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator
n
Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor
n
Experience on projects valued at $50M+
n
Strong subcontractor management and contractual administration experience
n
Experience with variations, EOTs, progress claims and procurement
n
Solid commercial acumen and attention to detail
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
n
