What'sthe opportunity?
n
As a Loader Operator, you'll play an important role in supporting our underground production team by safely operating loaders and associated equipment to keep mining activities moving efficiently.
n
Working within a close-knit crew, you'll contribute to production targets, maintain underground roadways and support a range of underground operational activities while upholding Evolution's commitment to safety and performance.
n
Based at our Ernest Henry Operations, you'll:
n

Operate underground loaders and associated equipment safely and efficiently to support production activities
n
Maintain underground roadways and declines while assisting with material movement and site services
n
Conduct pre-start inspections, report equipment defects and help minimise equipment damage
n
Support other underground activities when trained and competent,



including service crew, water truck and relief duties.

Does this sound like you?
n
You're a reliable and safety-focused operator with underground mining experience and a robust commitment to teamwork and operational excellence. You take pride in your work, communicate effectively and consistently demonstrate safe work practices.
n
Ideally, you'll also have:
n
n
Experience operating underground loaders and other heavy underground mining equipment
n
A current Manual Driver's Licence, with a QSEC Card advantageous
n
Strong awareness of underground safety, hazard identification and risk management
n
The ability to work effectively within a team while managing tasks and priorities independently
n
A willingness to learn new skills, support team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
