Job Description
PROGRAMMED Energy and Resources is seeking an organised and proactive Training & Induction Coordinator / Scheduler to join our Industrial Maintenance team in Muswellbrook. This is a diverse role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our workforce is trained, compliant, inducted and ready to support operational requirements.

Working closely with Operations, HR, HSE and site leaders, you'll schedule labour resources, manage training compliance and deliver internal inductions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people and have exceptional organisational skills, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Planning and scheduling labour resources to meet operational requirements.
n
Delivering internal employee inductions.
n
Booking and coordinating site inductions, training courses and refresher training.
n
Monitoring employee competencies, qualifications and training compliance.
n
Maintaining accurate employee records within Damstra, ProSafe and other internal systems.
n
Producing regular reports on induction and training status.
n
Coordinating apprentice and trainee sign-ups, training plans and liaising with TAFE providers.
n
Supporting payroll with employee records.
n
Providing administrative support across HR, HSE and operational functions.
n
Assisting with employee wellbeing initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
n
Coaching managers and employees in the effective use of HR and training systems.
n

About You
n
To be successful, you'll have:
n
n
Certificate III in Human Resources, Work Health & Safety or a related discipline. It would be advantageous to hold this but not essential.
n
Certificate III in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
n
Minimum two years' experience in administration, HR or training coordination role.
n
Experience coordinating training, inductions or workforce scheduling.
n
Strong administration, planning and organisational skills.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
n
Experience using HR or learning management systems (Damstra experience highly regarded).
