Let's talk about the opportunity
n
The purpose of this role is to work within a multi-disciplinary team to conduct investigative tasks in support of investigations into allegations of corrupt conduct in performance of the Commission's principal functions.
n
This is a permanent, full-time position.
n
The annual salary is $118,129 to $131,002 (which includes overtime allowance), plus employer's contribution to superannuation (currently 12%) and annual leave loading (currently 17.5%)
n
A talent pool will be created for future permanent or temporary positions.
n
Candidates will be assessed against the following requirements:
n
n
Experience in investigating allegations of corrupt or criminal conduct or public sector misconduct is highly desirable
n
An understanding, or the ability to acquire an understanding, of criminal law, rules of evidence, criminal procedures and the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act ****.
n
Well-developed planning and organisational abilities,



problem solving and analytical skills and experience using investigative analytics software.
n
Demonstrated ability to write well and the ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse background, occupation, and seniority, both internal and external to the Commission.
