You'll work alongside our Senior Property Manager in a boutique agency, learning hands-on with real support and mentorship. You'll get exposure to every side of residential property management, working out in the field and in the office to understand what great property management looks like.

Key responsibilities
n

Conduct routine inspections and write detailed reports, flagging what matters
n
Issue tenant notices, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and follow up until jobs are done
n
Support tenancy administration and everyday admin that keeps a rent roll running smoothly
n
Deliver professional, friendly service to owners, tenants and contractors
n
Work directly alongside our Senior Property Manager, picking up skills and judgement from doing the job
n

About you
n
n
Current Queensland real estate licence
n
Honesty, reliability and a genuine sense of responsibility
n
Real interest in building a career in property management
n
Strong communication skills and professional, well-presented manner
n
Positive, can-do attitude and good old-fashioned good manners
n
Organisation and follow-through to manage tasks independently
n
Ability to work solo when needed and pitch in as part of a close-knit team
n
Prior property management experience is a bonus, not a barrier
n
