Job Description
Miami Bakehouse is seeking a hands-on senior production leader for our Mandurah kitchen to drive performance across the bakery. You will own key metrics, lead the Cake and Bread teams, and be on the floor working with staff to improve workflow and results.

Reporting to the General Manager and part of the Senior Management Team, you will ensure labour efficiency, wastage control and quality across shifts, while maintaining robust systems and operational discipline.
