About the Role
n
We are seeking a dedicated Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join our friendly team on a permanent part-time basis. Our centre operates from 6:15 AM to 6:15 PM, Monday to Friday, and you will be available to work five days per week on a rotating roster covering all shifts, including opens and closes.

As a Lead Educator, you will:

Lead your room in delivering an engaging, high-quality educational program
n
Plan, document, and reflect meaningfully on each child's learning and development
n
Mentor, guide, and support your room's Certificate III educators and assistants
n
Build warm, trusted partnerships with families through daily handovers and updates
n
Maintain a safe, beautifully organised learning environment that inspires curiosity
n

You'll Need
n
n
Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (and Certificate III)
n
Prior experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
n
First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of commencement)




n
Valid Working with Children Check (Queensland Blue Card)
n
Completed Child Protection training
n
Availability to work five days per week across a rotating roster including open and close shifts
