We are seeking an experienced and passionate assistant Property Manager to be part of our team.
n
The successful candidate will be appreciated, valued and respected within our team environment. You must possess excellent communication skills and at minimum 3 months experience in a property management role.

Duties / responsibilities
n
n
Be part of a team in the full end to end management of a large portfolio
n
Managing property maintenance
n
Ingoing and outgoing inspections
n
Follow up of rental arrears
n
Tenant/Landlord communication
n
Management of data entryfor all properties managed by you
n
Keeping up to date and practice current Property Management legislation
n
Regular communication with landlords and tenants
n
Attending to the day to day activities of managing a property
n
n
Skills / Experience:
n
n




You must have a current Real Estate Certificate
n
Excellent personalpresentation
n
Exceptional time management skills
n
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
n
Customerservice focused
n
Highly motivated, punctual, reliable and honest
n
Disciplined to follow procedures and process
n
Ability to buildrapport with clients
n
Current driver's licence and own car or ability to get to the office.
