This is a permanent Full-Time role where you will lead a team of cleaners to ensure that the cleanliness of the facility is maintained to a high standard along with ongoing development of our services.
n
Reporting to the Manager, you will use your cleaning experience to deliver:
n
n
Daily cleaning within nonproduction setting
n
Provide cleaning services on the sites as per contractual requirements to ensure continued customer satisfaction
n
Visual inspections and audits of the facility
n
Planning and coordinating effective cleaning activities with the team
n
Scheduling rosters to ensure continuity of service
n
Training team members including conducting safety meetings and coaching as required
n
Positive and helpful interactions with our client
n
n
To be considered for this role you must have:
n
n
Previous experience in commercial cleaning
n
Ability and experience to use cleaning machinery and train others
n
Proven leadership in a team environment
n
Self-motivated and reliable,



able to work unsupervised
n
The capability and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve a high standard of cleanliness for the facility
n
Attention to detail at all times
n
A flexible approach to work and be adaptable in a daily changing environment
n
Excellent personal presentation and punctuality
n
Able to pass a National Police Check (or hold a valid check within 12 months of issue)
n
