We're on the lookout for a Head of Digital to own and trade our online business. This is a commercial, hands-on-the-numbers role: Your core mission is to drive online revenue through sharp trading and effective digital marketing, extracting every available dollar from our .com, marketplace and dropship channels, every single day.

You'll pair sharp analytical instincts with strong execution — turning data into decisions, and decisions into sales.

The role you will play...
n
Own daily online trading. Driving revenue, conversion and every available dollar across our .com, marketplace and dropship channels
n
Highly analytical: not only analyse performance data, but build actionable insights that directly drive trading and revenue decisions
n
Own the digital marketing strategy end-to-end. Paid, CRM, affiliates and organic, all to drive traffic, acquisition and retention
n
Deliver online budgets and KPIs across digital initiatives and agreed ROI targets
n
Optimise website performance, conversion rate and customer retention
n
Implement data-driven strategies to drive online revenue growth
n
Lead the Customer Service team, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience
n
Monitor trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to stay ahead
n




Collaborate across teams to enhance the digital experience for our customers
n
Manage and mentor the digital team, fostering a culture of creativity and efficiency
n
About you...
n
You are highly analytical. Comfortable not just analysing data, but building actionable insights from it
n
You have clear and concise communication skills
n
You are results focused with proven strategies to increase online sales
n
You are a gun troubleshooter with exceptional attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
n
Experience within a multi-branded, omni-channel retail business is highly regarded
n
Experience with drop shipping and marketplace is highly regarded
n
Good to have: Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
n
