Pepe's Mexican Restaurant in Jindalee, QLD is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will assist the Head Chef, lead the team and uphold Pepe's high standards of food quality, safety and presentation.

The role demands hands-on leadership, reliability and the ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced workplace. This is a full-time position in a popular Brisbane suburb.
