Work Type: Casual Monday to Friday (Day shifts only!)

Key Feature: Outer-Metro to Regional travel required during relays (2 to 5 days overnight stays; accommodation and meals covered)

About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced merchandiser with an eye for detail and ready to join our dynamic team? LINCOLN, a proud, family‐owned business established in ****, is looking for a Multiskilled Merchandiser to join our growing team.
n
This role offers approximately up to 5 days per week over 6-to-8‐week period with potential for ongoing work with flexible days and hours to suit your lifestyle.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Ideally, you will have at least 1 year of merchandising and refit/relay experience. Prior experience within retail or the hardware channel is a major plus!
n
Refit/Relay: Execute full bay strip-outs, structural bay builds, and product relays. De‐stocking shelves, performing physical shelf adjustments, and assembling steel racking or displays strictly to planogram and retailer standards.
n
Stock Management: Ensure stock in bays is completely full by down‐filling from hand stock and other store locations.
n
Presentation Standards:



Ensure client stock is on display in a clean, saleable condition with all price labels positioned to the retailer's standard.

Our ideal candidate possesses:
n
Planogram Expertise: Proven experience executing planograms is essential.
n
Industry Familiarity: Prior experience working within Bunnings is highly preferred, though not essential.
n
Physical Fitness: Comfort with the physical demands of retail merchandising, refits/relays including moving stock and working up and down ladders.
n
Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude backed by solid problem‐solving capabilities and a sharp attention to detail.
n
Flexibility: Available for occasional outer‐metropolitan fringes to regional area travel due to the geographic spread of our network across Brisbane to Rockhampton during refit/relays. This includes staying away from home for 2 to 5 consecutive days depending on the size of the store relay.
