KBM Advisory is seeking an experienced WHSEQ Auditor to join our team in a permanent role, servicing the Newcastle, Hunter Region, the Mid North Coast and Northern NSW regions

About the role
n
Working predominantly independently, you will conduct third-party certification, surveillance and recertification audits on behalf of a conformity assessment body, together with internal WHSEQ audits for KBM Advisory clients.

Key responsibilities
n
Plan, conduct and report certification, surveillance and recertification audits against ISO ****, ISO ***** and ISO *****
n
Conduct internal WHSEQ audits for KBM Advisory clients
n
Review management system documentation and evaluate objective audit evidence
n
Identify, substantiate and clearly communicate audit findings
n
Conduct professional opening and closing meetings with clients
n
Prepare accurate, evidence-based audit reports within required timeframes
n
Comply with conformity assessment body procedures and maintain confidentiality, impartiality and independence
n
Maintain accurate audit records, schedules, timesheets and associated documentation
n
About you
n
Current Exemplar Global certification at Lead Auditor grade for QMS, EMS and OHSMS
n




Demonstrated experience independently conducting and reporting management system audits against ISO ****, ISO ***** and ISO *****
n
Strong audit planning, evidence-gathering and report-writing skills
n
A sound understanding of auditor impartiality, confidentiality and conflict-of-interest requirements
n
A current class C driver licence, access to a reliable vehicle and the ability to travel throughout the service region
n
Previous demonstrated experience conducting audits on behalf of a conformity assessment body
n
Formal qualifications in WHS, environmental management, quality, engineering, construction or related discipline
n
Experience conducting integrated management system audits
n
Knowledge of ISO ***** and ISO/IEC ******* an advantage
n
