The Role:

We're on the lookout for an Safety Officerwho thrives in a dynamic site-based role. You'll be on site Monday - Saturday.
n




What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Supporting the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans
n
Delivering training and practical WHS advice to staff and subcontractors
n
Conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
n
Building relationships across project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
n
Leading incident investigations and helping close the loop on corrective actions
n
n
What You'll Bring:
n
n
Cert IV in Work Health & Safety(a must!)
n
3 + years experiencein a HSE role on commercial or residential construction sites
n
Strong knowledge of current WHS legislationand compliance requirements
n
Previous experience on unit builds or large-scale commercialprojects is ideal
n
