About the Role
n
We are seeking experienced and confident support workers to provide both high and low care support, including:
n
Personal Care/Complex Skills
n
personal hygiene, hoisting, continence care, enema insertion, digital stimulation, and skin integrity monitoring.
n
Clinical Support
n
working with clients with neuromuscular disabilities, spinal cord injuries, acquired/traumatic brain injuries, and complex wounds.
n
Daily Living & Community Access
n
light domestic duties, meal preparation, transport, and accompanying clients on social outings.
n

What We're Looking For
n
We are looking for support workers who are kind, dependable, and confident in providing both high and low care needs.
n
n
2+ years of experience in a similar role (must have experience with enema insertion & digital stimulation for high care)
n
Manual Handling certification & experience with hoists/transfers
n
First Aid & CPR certification
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Medication Assistance Certificate
n
Valid Driver Licence & insured vehicle
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
n
Manual handling and bowel therapy experience
n
Current National Police Check
n
