PERSOL are hiring an Account manager to join our client, a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company in the Western Sydney region. This company specialises in the production of complementary medicines, supplements and vitamins. They are seeking a motivated and outgoing Individual to join the Account Management team to maintain and grow existing client and customer relationships.

Job responsibilities

Identify client needs and be a primary contact for day to day communications.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service for new and existing accounts
n
Continuously enhance marketing communications skills and knowledge
n
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships at a technical level
n




Mentor and train junior team members where necessary
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Tertiary qualification
n
Minimum 2 years' sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
n
Experience in a client facing Naturopath position will also be considered
n
Knowledge of complementary medicines is highly regarded
n
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
n
Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders
n
Ability to work well under pressure
n
Time management and organisation skills
n
