We're seeking an inspiring and experienced Educational Leader to mentor and support educators at Busy Bees at Georges Hall, located at 15 Georges Crescent, Georges Hall NSW ****, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in driving quality practice, supporting curriculum development, and leading continuous improvement across the service.

What you'll do
n
n
Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality
n
Guide implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) across the centre
n
Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
n
Drive continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
n
Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team
n
Work closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children
n

What you'll bring

Approved Early Childhood qualification (or working towards)
n
Robust knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
n
Experience mentoring or supporting educators to deliver high‐quality programs
n
Confidence in curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
n
A genuine passion for quality early learning and supporting educator growth
n
Current Working with Children Check for NSW
