Job Description
NSW Health is seeking experienced Child and Family Health nurses to deliver the Sustaining NSW Families home visiting program across multiple sites within NSLHD.
n
In a supportive, inter-disciplinary team, you will work part time (18 hours/week) as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, using trauma-informed, family-partnership approaches to support healthy parent-child development from mid-pregnancy to age two. Ongoing education and reflective practice are encouraged.
