Accor's Mercure Sydney Blacktown is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Full Time Commis Chef to join our team. You will work mainly the breakfast shift, preparing and serving food for the hotel buffet breakfast and for our all-day dining menu and Distrikt Cafe.

You will own and operate the kitchen during shifts, maintain high standards of food quality, and support stock management and supplier relations. Ideal candidates demonstrate hospitality excellence and a proactive attitude.
